We do not sell personal information. We do not use the contents of your local research journal for targeted advertising.

4. Market, news, and third-party sources

Market and news content is displayed for research and education. It may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. When a public source cannot be reached, UCAION PRO may display fallback sample data to preserve the learning experience.

Third-party sources operate under their own privacy practices. Opening a source outside UCAION PRO may provide information directly to that provider. Review the provider’s notices before interacting with its service.

5. Retention and security

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to address the request, maintain service records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You remain in control of local content.

You can edit or remove local notes and reminders within the product, and you can remove locally stored app data through your device controls.
